Licensing rules

Licensing rules are ASSAM-owned intelligence, not a client import feed. The engine states which rule it applied, where the rule came from and whether it has been authoritatively verified. Client private negotiated terms always override a generic publisher rule.

This rule set is a first-pass seed. It is not a comprehensive or current statement of publisher licensing terms and must not be relied on for audit defence. Rules marked starter require authoritative verification against the publisher's current documentation and your executed contracts.
